I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any non-emergency cancellations. Cancellations made within this window incur a cancellation fee. As a courtesy, each client is granted one free short-notice cancellation in the event of an emergency.

I currently offer individual therapy only. At times, a family member or partner may join sessions if it supports your treatment needs. However, I do not serve as a primary couples or family therapist. If ongoing couples or family therapy is needed, I can provide referrals for additional support.
